All in all it's beautiful hotel, we had a such great stay here. Loved climate control, flat-screen TV, and coffee/tea making equipment in the room. The staff was exceptional from the moment we arrived. The property's location was good, just next door to nature and Ubud centre.

We had a great experience at the hotel. The staff were exceptional; they helped us with trips and organised a driver for us. The hotel facilities were new and well-maintained, and the pool and views were stunning. The hotel offered a free shuttle to the town, which was very helpful. We rented a scooter and it made getting around the city centre very easy.
